Explanation of the World
Have you ever met someone who could grow a garden in any soil? How about someone who gets stronger when everyone else gets weaker?
I have. I took that as inspiration for this world, and I took it to the extreme. I wanted to write a modern fantasy with a more scientific basis. However, it was not enough that it was just another shadow people living in our world, I wanted to do more with this universe. Have created a history, a biology, and a sweeping cause for why the Fae exist and why the world behaves as it does.

I have personally created these two maps. Because of the inclusion of the Fae, history unfolded in a slightly different manner. While most of the large movements of history are the same, many of the key people or even nations are completely different. Further elaboration can be found in Fae Earth.

These nine pictures are available in Homo Sapiens Mysticus. They were hand-drawn by a local artist here in Middle Tennessee named Sierra Johanson. She is a professional contracted artist and is in process of creating an online presence. When that comes available, it will be linked here.
